(HK06816), by integrating their resources in Mainland China and Hong Kong with their respective advantages and relied on the economic policy of these two regions to the greatest extent. The Group owns operating entities based in Hong Kong, Shenzhen China and Karachi, Pakistan, as well as business entities registered in Macao, Zhuhai Hengqin Free Trade Zone, China.

Shenzhen Changsheng Marine Engineering Ltd., a subsidiary and a major operating entity of the Group, was one of the first batch of companies approved by the Ministry of Communications of China to operate marine transportation services from various ports in the Pearl River Delta to Hong Kong and Macao in 1993. In the past 30 years, the company has expanded his business from the initial operation of container and large-scale engineering components marine transportation in South China and Hong Kong and Macao routes to marine engineering, ship to ship cargo transshipment, ship ocean towing and various engineering vessel leasing, agency and trade in Hong Kong and Macao, the Middle East, South Asia and Southeast Asia, covering more than ten countries and regions.

In response to the ever-changing economic development situation at home and abroad, Changsheng Group led and successfully completed the restructuring of Shandong Port Construction Company, the first batch of mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises in China in 2009, making it "China State Construction Port Engineering Group Corp., Ltd.", which is 69.88% owned by China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd., a China's centrally administered state-owned enterprise.Changsheng Group, as the initiator and the second major shareholder of reformed and reorganized company, has effectively promoted the development of the company's overseas business and undertaken a number of high-quality projects in countries and regions with the economic vision of the "Belt and Road".

The Group owns, manages and operates a large-scale fleet of vessels comprising of two kinds: one is marine transportation and ship to ship cargo transshipment vessels, including 92,000DWT Post-Panamax size transhipper, ocean going/coastal tugboats, semi-submersible barge, 12,000 DWT hopper type cargo barges, flat top barges and derrick lighter etc.; Another is marine engineering vessels, including heavy lifting barge with piling rig, grab dredgers, cutter suction dredger, split hopper barges and non-self-propelled pipelaying barge, etc.

The Group also owns, manages and operates two shipyards located in Taishan, Guangdong, China, and Karachi, Pakistan, providing ship repair and maintenance services to the Group's fleet and client's vessels.
