Over 100 vessels including cutter suction dredgers, grab dredgers, hopper barges as well as excavators, dump trucks were deployed for dredging, excavating and disposal of soils, dewatering and refill of water in excavated racing pool.
Total 3.5million cu.m of marine mud was dredged and over 2.2million cu.m of water was dewatered and refilled within 4months period which would be taken 16 months to finish in normal operation.
The FMOF F1 Organizing Committee surprised “It is unbelievable. Shenzhen has completed an impossible work”.
